AfroSwagga: Tuambie kidogo kuhusu Juriya
Juriya: Mimi ni just fitness girl on instagram. Na post videos na pics kuelimisha mafunzo ya mazoezi na vyakula vya afya.
AfroSwagga: Nini maana ya fitness enthusiast
Juriya: Fitness enthusiast ni mtu ambae anapenda na anaejoy kufanya mazoezi.
AfroSwagga: Ilikuwaje na lini ulianza kupenda mafunzo ya fitness?
Juriya: Toka mdogo napenda kufanya mazoezi. Kwaiyo nilipokuwa shule nikuwa napenda sana masomo ya P.E. Nimeanza kuenda gym kama miako kumi saivi (on and off).
AfroSwagga: Tumepata maswali mengi kuhusu your ab’s tupe your work out daily routine
Juriya: Kuna mzoezi mengi ya abs lakini huwezi kuwa na abs bila ya diet. Abs ni muscles, ambayo imefunikwa na mafuta (fat tissues). Na ni vigumu sana kutoa mafuta mwilini kutumia mazoezi tu. Lazima ufuate diet. Mazoezi ya abs kama: planking, leg raise, crunches, na pia cardio exercises kama running, cycling, walking, skipping, and boxing yanasaidia kukupatia abs. Lakini lazima ufuate diet.
AfroSwagga: Ilichukua muda gani kuzipata Ab’s?
Juriya: Sijui muda gani kusema ukweli kwa sababu kama nilivyo elezea kenye suala la 4. Diet ikiwa nzuri abs zinaonyesha na diet ikiwa mbaya basi zinaondoka. Ata ukiangalia wale bodybuilders wanaofanya mashindano mara nyingi wanakuwa na abs muda wa mashindano tu. Yakimaliza zinakuwa hazionyeshi sana.
AfroSwagga: Diet ina husiana vipi na mazoezi? Inabidi mtu anae fanya mazoezi lazima afanye diet au ni vitu viwili tofauti?
Juriya: Umuhimu wa diet kwenye mwili ni 80% na mazoezi ni 20%. Kwaiyo ata ukiwa hufanyi mazoezi na diet yako nzuri basi mwili utabadilika tu. Na ata ufanye mazoezi sana kama diet mbaya basi itakuchukuwa muda mrefu kuona matukio
AfroSwagga: Is healthy life expensive?
Juriya: It is expensive kama unakaa nchi za ulaya. Huku baridi sana kwaiyo matunda mengi na mboga nyingi zinatoka nchi za nje kama za Africa na India. Kwaiyo ghali sana kununua. Lakini vitu vilokuwa unhealthy kama chocolates, cakes, na soda rahisi. Kama uko nyumbani nina uhakika itakuwa rahisi kidogo.
Afroswagga: Ni namna gani mtu anaweza kuwa health bila kufanya mazoezi?
Juriya: Kama diet yako nzuri. Na unatembea ukienda safari zako bila kuchua basi au gari inatosha. Diet ndio muhimu sana.
AfroSwagga: Kama huna mwili mkubwa na unataka kufanya mazoezi ila hutaki kupungua mwili mazoezi ya aina gani unaweza ku-recommend?
Juriya: Mazoezi ya kutengneza mwili lazima ubebe vyuma vizito,Na ule sana, hiyo ndiyo njia pekee unaweza kutengeneza mwili bila kuwa mnene. Ushauri wangu bora ufanye amzoezi gym sio nyumbani.
AfroSwagga: Is it possible kupungua tumbo bila kupungua mwili? Kama ndio tuelezee namna gani inawezekana
Juriya: It’s not possible, Watu wengi on Instagram hasa wanaoishi nchi za ulaya wamefanya surgery au wana Photoshop pictures, Kwaiyo be careful most people have fake bodies, Uki change diet yako ili upungue tumbo basi na mwili pia utapungua kidogo.
AfroSwagga: Ni vipi mtu mwembamba anaweza ku build up a booty & hips?
Juriya: Kula sana. Kwaiyo uwe kwenye diet ya “Callorie surplus”. Kula sana carbs (mbatata, wali, maharagwe, viazi vitamu, etc) kula sana protein (mayai, kuku, samaki, nyama, njugu, korosho, etc). Na pia kula matunda na mboga.
AfroSwagga: Kuna Diet ya kupunguza mikono? Au mazoezi? Una recommend vipi?
Juriya: Kupungua mikono ni sawa sawa na Kupungua sehemu nyingine za mwilini, Lazima upungue mwili wote. Kwaiyo fanya diet ya “callorie deficit” kula kidogo, kunywa maji mengi, kula matunda, mboga, na protein sana. Jaribu kula carbs kidogo. Mazoezi Jaribu kubeba vyuma. Fanya mazoezi ya mikono kama bicep curls & triceps extension
AfroSwagga: What kind of diet you follow?
Juriya: Im trying to maintain my current body so I eat 4-5 a day. Nikiamka na kunywa maji glasi moja, halafu nakula ndizi na zabibu, Kama sina nakula fruit yeyote ata tende. halafu naenda kazini, Kwenye break kama saa tano nakula uji wa oats, Saa 8 mchana nakula sandwich, Then nikirudi nyumbani jioni nakula wali na mchuzi chicken or nyama saa nyengine na maharagwe, halafu naenda gym, Nikirudi gym sometimes nakunywa protein shake au fruits. Hii diet inasadia mie kwa sababu nafanya mazoezi sana.
AfroSwagga: Vyakula gani vya kula kabla na baada ya mazoezi?
Juriya: Kabla ya mazoezi unaweza kula chochote as long as ni chakula cha afya. Ili upate nguvu za kufanya ayo mazoezi.

Afroswagga: Ni lazima kwenda gym au unaweza kufanya mazoezi nyumbani?
Juriya: Gym inasadia sana kupata matokeo ya haraka. Pia ni nzuri kwa motivation: ukiona kila mtu kwenye gym anafanya mazoezi basi na wewe unapata msukumo fulani hivi.
